How many cleaner do we send to your home?

Pretty In Pink Cleaning Service believes in high quality home cleaning service! From many years of experience we have found with extended cleanings a crew of two works best, however some cleaners may work by themselves for the day due to illness or vacation of their crew partner.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed and insured.

Will I always have the same cleaning crew?

Your crew is based on the availability of the schedule. You may always request a specific crew for your cleaning, however due to their schedule they may not be available at the requested date.

How soon do I need to schedule to get an appointment?

Appointments depend on our availability; we recommend scheduling your cleaning at least one week out. We will always do our best to get you in as soon possible.

What areas do you service in the valley?

We service the entire Phoenix Metro Area.

What does a typical house cleaning come with?

This depends on the customer because we customize the cleaning to your needs. We do basic cleaning services, periodic cleaning services, and one time cleanings (Move out / Move in).

Do you provide any other cleaning services?

Absolutely! We provide carpet cleaning, junk removal, and air duct cleaning.  We also work with other companies like pest control, pool maintenance, security systems, and more.

What if I have pets? What should I do with them during the cleaning?

During your cleaning we ask that you kennel your animals or place them in the back yard.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It’s totally up to you! Every customer is different, some are home during the cleaning and some are not.

How do I schedule an appointment with Pretty In Pink Cleaning?

It’s simple! You can schedule online at pipschedule.com or you can call us at 602.909.7002 to schedule your cleaning.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

Yes, for scheduling purposes we ask that you give us adequate time if you will not be able to keep your appointment.

Please Note: Cancellations must be made one business day before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations not made one business day before are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations can be made by email to pipcleaning@gmail.com or by calling 602-909-7002 and either speaking with a representative or leaving a voicemail.

For example: If your appointment is scheduled Monday, you must cancel your appointment by 12pm on Friday to avoid a cancellation fee.

Are your cleaning crews professionally trained?

Absolutely! Our cleaners provide a great service and always strive to do their best. All of our cleaners go through classroom training and a two day on- site apprenticeship with our more experienced cleaners.

How do I pay for a cleaning?

Pretty In Pink Cleaning accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and check. We required your credit card information before services are rendered but we will not charge the card until after your cleaning service.

What does it cost?

This really depends on the type of service you would like, the size of your home, and its condition.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We encourage you to call the office as soon as possible to let us know of a cancellation. We understand that unplanned things may come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask you cancel your appointment by noon, 24 hours prior to your appointment time or you will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

How do I give feedback on a cleaning?

Our customers opinions are very important to us and we would like to hear from all of you! We recommend and thank you for  emailing us your feedback at pipcleaning@gmail.com.

 

What if my cleaning falls on a Holiday?

This varies. We do work some holidays. We will contact you, and let you know if there is any complication with your scheduled cleaning.

Should I leave a tip?

It’s never a requirement, but gratuity is a great way to show your thanks.

What is the difference between a deep and a general house cleaning?

A general cleaning is a basic cleaning that usually includes the kitchen, bathrooms including tubs and showers, bedrooms, and the living room, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and/ or vacuuming of all floors.  A deep cleaning usually includes all of the above, plus additional services such as baseboards, window seals, window ledges, ceiling fans, and much more. We believe that all of our customers are unique so we customize each cleaning based on your wants and needs.

What should I do to prepare for my home cleaning services?

We love when a home is clutter free and ready to be cleaned. If the home is messy and things are strewn throughout the house we may not be able to fully complete your home.

Do I need to provide house cleaning equipment, and products?

We provide all of the cleaning products needed for the cleaning.  If you have any special products that you would like us to use, then we ask you to provide that for the cleaning.
