Bathrooms

  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean in/exterior of all vanities
  • Clean sinks
  • Polish faucet
  • Wipe inside/out cabinets and drawers
  • Dust/Wipe vents
  • Clean tub & shower
  • Clean and disinfect toilet (behind toilet as well)

 

  • Clean baseboards
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean light fixtures
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Clean windowsills, blinds, tracks, and screens
  • Clean electrical outlets
  • Spot clean bathrooms door
  • Remove all trash

 

Living Areas/Dining Room

  • Clean all windowsills, tracks & blinds
  • Wipe down all horizontal surfaces
  • Clean sliding glass doors
  • Clean ceiling fans (including lights)
  • Clean all light fixtures
  • Wipe down all closets

 

  • Clean all floors
  • Dust all corners (high/low)
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean all baseboards
  • Clean fireplace exterior

 

Bedrooms

  • Wipe down all horizontal surfaces
  • Clean all windowsills, tracks & blinds
  • Clean ceiling fans (including lights)
  • Clean all light fixtures

 

  • Clean floors
  • Dust all corners (high/low)
  • Wipe down all closets

 

Laundry Room

  • Wipe down washer and dryer exterior Wipe down all doors (move out to clean underneath)
  • Sweep and mop floors

 

  • Wipe down all doors
  • Remove all trash

 

Garage

  • Sweep floor
  • Wipe Doors, door knobs
  • Remove all trash

 

  • Remove all cobwebs from corners and ceilings
  • Sweep floors

 


 

Outside

    • Sweep front and back patio
    • Clean inside and out of windows as needed (first level only, Second level inside only))

 

  • Clean floors
  • Dust all corners (high/low)
  • Wipe down all closets
